Very well done great property totally satisfied with my stay.

Once we arrived they informed us about hot water cut off. The issue had happened 2 days before our arriving, but they had not tried to contact us and let us to have the choice of cancellation. The reception said that they will refund 25 dollars per day as compensation. But at the checkout they changes their mind and said that because I booked from 3rd partY (hotels.com), they are not able to do that. The internet also cut one day out of our two days stay. Generally hotel was good, but for sure management has not any plan for unusual situation like ours.

Upon arriving for our first night of two, we were told the hot water wasn’t working but would be working the next day. The next day it still wasn’t working nor for our last morning. If we had known the first night it wouldn’t be working for the entire stay, we would have booked elsewhere. The option of going to the golf course locker rooms to shower was provided, but not what we expected. Overall the staff handled the situation the best they could, but it was what it was.

Boiler broke down first day of our arrival No hot water for the entire stay. Very disappointed

Everything was great until their hot water tank broke..straight 3days until i checked out.that was the only inconvenience.

Jacuzzi spacious. Restaurant well decorated nice ambiance. Just a bit expensive for the meals especially the breakfast which cost me 30$/2 and had only half of order of toast. Very clean hotel and good service. Quick room service as well. The movies to rent are way too expensive! The bathroom needs more counter space. The shower is clean but missing shelf space for our items. The soaps don't even stay on the grill rack (falls through cracks). Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Lots of channels on the t.v., no Netflix access though which sucks in this day and age. Overall very satisfied.

Wonderful staff, great location on a golf course, modern and clean rooms, great stay.
