家族３人で３泊しました。部屋は清潔で快適に過ごせます。掃除はありませんが、タオルやアメニティーは頼めば追加してくれます。バイシャ地区のコメルシオ広場のすぐ近くにありどこに行くのも便利。ただ一つの難点は、シャワーを浴びると水が飛び散り、洗面所がびしょびしょになります。wifiもスムーズですし、洗濯乾燥機はとても便利でした。

Residentas Aurea is absolutely central in Lisbon, next to all transports and things to do/see, plus easy to reach from the airport. The area is safe/quiet even at nights, which is great in a capital city.The apartments are clean and well equiped for a family stay of several days (just a bit smaller than thought, but that's ok). No front desk officer on site, which makes the exchanges slower for immediate needs, but the team responded correctly to our demands. Overall, this residence is a good choice at a fair price. And you can see the Tejo from the doorstep!

It was great. Not sure if staff was bored due to Corona or it's a standard, but we got a lot of attention from them via whatsup and our air-con (our air-con) questions were resolved fast, out missing frying pan appeared in no time. All appliances are from Bosch, table is served nicely, air-con is efficient, TV has lozy channels (or i did not figure it out), but it's a smart TV, so we ended up watching our favorite Japanese travel channel. Everything was great and i hate to say that, my fiancee thinks this was the bestest place we have ever stayed (i would vote for Italian Villa, but OK...).

Great property to stay and explore Lisboa. The staff were helpful and always responsive. They worked with us on check in and check out time. Property was clean and stylish. I would absolutely stay again! Thank you!

Excellent location. Apartment was fantastic. The coffee and snacks were a surprise and thoughtful gift. The receptionist was very professional and helpful giving us great site seeing tips. I would recommend this apartment!

Reserved this property for my thanksgiving vacation with my wife and two kids (8 and 9 yrs old). In short: it was just fantastic. The apartment is large, clean and comfortable. The location is right in the middle of the city and provided quick access to the main strand... with all of the great holiday lights. The staff is friendly. They keep office hours, but aren’t here all day. That was ok. When we needed to store luggage for a couple days while we went to Porto, we used a service called nanny bags. Worked well. Stay here! It’s awesome!

Easy check in and check out. Great communication in person or through WhatsApp. Nice apartment , clean and spacious. Only small issue was they were fixing and repainting our bathroom door on day of arrival so the smell of paint was slightly annoying during our stay. I think the room should not have been used for a couple of days following the works done. Great shutters to keep the noise out and very central apartments in a lovely vibrant and safe area. Great for families.
