The 403 room next to freeway was very loud at night.

I DID NOT check in at all, I will be calling to speak with someone at hotels.com this week.

I was really shocked to see how dirty the room was. There was hair from someone shaving in the sink, table in the sleeping area was sticky and pretty clear it was not cleaned. Especially during a global pandemic, you would think the hotel would take this matter even more serious than before. This truly was disappointed and I ended up leaving the hotel at around 10pm and didn't sleep there. It was just disgusting.

No hot water when taking a shower and after few minutes the water cuts out wjen u have shampoo all over

Staff were very friendly and the room was clean. However, there was zero water pressure and no hot water (both in the shower and in the sink). I probably took the coldest shower I ever had in my life. Additionally, across the hall there were guest fighting. Overall, it was an ok place to stay for the night, but... probably won’t stay here again.

Pillows were horrendous. Bed comfy, room was great. Bathroom sink was awkward as was shower heat controls

Just stayed one night to be closer to an early appointment. Convenient locatio. Big room nuce and clean.

Don’t stay above 3rd floor no hot water or pressure in shower. Very noisy from highway traffic through glass doors.

Everything was great! I know it's Covid times and all but I personally found it disgusting that people where leaving their garbage out side their rooms. I get that housekeeping isn't coming in to clean for rooms that have multiple stays but I don't understand why you wouldn't come around and clear garbage left outside people's rooms. The hallway smelt nasty
