Talk about customer service! We had an employee meet us in the parking lot, agree to take our bags for us, threw both of them in his back (50 pounds each) and then carried them over 200 steps to the property. Amazing! That was only the beginning, the place was everything we hoped it would be and so much more!

excellent, charming and spotless bed and breakfast. about the best we've stayed in our 3 week trip to italy. we were taken by golf cart to our property in the hills overlooking the valley and the sea below. gracious and charming hosts. most beautiful property and was served breakfast on the terrace. loved the bathroom shower. super clean and new. tastefully decorated. would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful view, beautiful terraces. Advice: do not go with heavy luggage as there are many steps to climb. They do help you to carry it.

The room is exactly as it shows in the pictures and the lady that hosted us is very very nice and warm. The breakfast is nice, the quality of the bakery good is very good, and the cappuccino as well, but other items in the breakfast doesn't match the same standard (the fruit is not fresh, is canned and the cold meat either, but the Lemmon cake and the croissant are superb) A thing to consider is, even when the view is very nice, the steps to reach the property are quite a challenge, so it has to be contemplated if you're going with heavy luggage.

First, it was beautiful!! We arrived late with many texts and the communication was supportive and consistent. When we arrived we were given a very warm welcome and details about the place. Yes it was DEFINATELY 150 steps after a 10 minute walk, but directions to the location were clear and the location beautiful. The sleep was VERY peaceful and bed VERY comfortable. Then... onto the breakfast which we got to order the night before. What a great meal in a spectacular setting. Hosts were very friendly even giving us a gift when we left. I would recommend this place to anyone up for a bit of an uphill climb but ready for excellent views, great hospitality and a very peaceful setting. The walk down from our stay was also amazing because all the ships were open and folks were friendly. Back to the rooms... beautiful! The design of each room is outstanding. Very cozy and spacious. The design of the hotel and outdoor spaces is wonderful.
