The place was fantastic and the bnb ownership's attention to design, amenities, and even the smallest details was outstanding. From the wonderful breakfast to Emiliano's kindness and readiness to answer questions and provide guidance on local activities I would not hesitate to stay again.

Do you know what it means when the owner specifically comes to let you into your room after check in-hours? You are in Haven after long fly. The room, kitchen and bath are modern and you are comfortable from the first minute you walk into room. You can get all your tourist information from the owner and the best cappuccino I have ever had!

The room was very nice and comfortable, lovely view from the balcony. The staff was super friendly and helpful! Safe part of town with easy street parking. The WiFi disconnected, but the owner said he’ll take care of it (we only stayed 2 nights).

Very nicely presented B&B on the outskirts of La Spezia. Lovely clean and comfortable room with views over the sea, The breakfast selection on offer is perfectly adequate, and the host is very helpful with his local knowledge. It makes a good base for going off to explore the Cinque Terre area, and is only about a 20 minute drive from Portovenere, where there is a good selection of restaurants for dinner
