THIS IS A WONDERFUL HOTEL!!!! Rooms are so very cute and comfortable. Great location to walk to everything, even had a nice lunch in their restaurant. Service is the best, better then the 5 star hotels that I have gone to in the United States. All of the help went out of their way to see that I had everything I needed. You will love this hotel.

Fantastic boutique hotel with such friendly and helpful staff. Convenient to central Merida, Paseo Montejo, and US Consulate. Lots of fluffy towels, comfortable robes, and all the 'special' touches make this a great place to relax. Bed was very comfortable (medium firm)
