ザ ハンモック ホテル ベン タン (ホーチミン)

Easily my favorite hotel ever, great customer service and amenities, so good I had to come back days later!

My stay was great. The service above all was top notch. The people at the desk were great. The evening receptionist Kyn was spectacular. The room was nice. I had an easy trip back to the airport (I did leave early though ~530AM). The receptionist called the taxi and the taxi came in about 4 min. Smooth trip back to the airport for about 5 USD. I would stay at this place again if I traveled back.

I was overwhelmed with the options of hotels in the area but selected this hotel because of the high ratings. Overall I was pleased. The people at the front desk which is in a coffee shop were very nice and helpful. The room is pretty small but it was one of the most comfortable beds and comforters I've had in a hotel room. Free bear in the fridge and on the 7th floor fridge. The free breakfast was a coffee of your picking and two pasties. The area felt safe to me and just around the corner from plenty of places to eat and visit. I would stay here again.

The temperature of refrigerator is not chill enough. Hot water in shower is just like warm water.

The Hammock Hotel was so wonderful! We arrived here straight from our 16+ hour flight from the US. The staff was immediately incredibly accommodating, with Rose at the front desk offering us an early check-in and a surprise upgraded room. The facility is beautiful and sleek - rooms are clean, contemporary, and bright. The location was absolutely perfect, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and sights within walking distance without being too loud or bustling. The cafe downstairs with complimentary breakfast was also a lovely way to start our morning. And the rooftop cafe with complimentary EVERYTHING (drinks, snacks, bottled water, etc.) was such a lovely addition! Overall, the place was fabulous and we'd definitely stay again.
