Warm room, no restaurant, old building but kept clean

It was good clean hotel. Right in town so very convenient.

Very dirty carpets. Huge pile of cigarette butts at front door. Curtains fell off. Ice machine broken.

Tried to give us a smoking room, when I went to open the window the screen had been pushed out and I could see it on the ground below. Went to the front desk to ask for a new room because of the smoke and lack of screen and they basically laughed in our face. Luckily I contacted expedia and they forced the hotel to change us to a non smoking room. No apologizes from management at the hotel though. Terrible customer service.

Ac not connected to vent, No screen for window that opened, no maintenance person available on Sat or Sun, stairs very dirty, entire hotel needs tobe painted. Beds were very comfortable, great pillows,good hot water for showers, Bathroom towel racks broken. Convenient location

I like the staff--especially Ashley. Very friendly and accomodating, and helpful.

Location was excellent.Had pet rooms.offered small selection for continental breakfast.Guest laundry was hotel laundry-should definately be tidied better if guests were to use it too!
