Rooms are clean, staff was very kind and helpfull for everything. Altough the rooms are very big from standarts it needs some more furnitures for use. The carpets needs to be changed. Anyhow generally was very good.

Poor breakfast choices for a 4 stars hotel. I wish I could prepare my own omelette. Everything else was great . Great staff, very welcoming and very friendly.

Awesome hotel. Local dinner eateries. Only issue I had was noise by the local amusement park and a high pickpocket area in the amusement park.

The hotel management should do something about the garbage that is sitting on the alley to the hotel. Smells terribly. I will not stay here again. I hope the manager reads the message and takes care of the issue.

Good things first : Its right next to water body and its view from room is amazing. Improvement : Room stinks bad from bathroom water. AC does not work and air in room was stale. No electric kettle in room. Wifi in our room was pathetic. Staff at restaurant was rude.

Overall we enjoyed the hotel, however there was a bit of a problem when we checked in. The front desk lady (Lorena) tried to make up pay an additional fee for another person and another fee for breakfast. We booked for 2 adults and one child but she insisted that we pay an additional person. I showed her my reservation for 3 people. Then another front desk lady that was super nice and helpful said we were good to go. Lorena wasn't very friendly and seemed unhappy but even though we enjoyed our stay.
