The hotel was really nice. I did not have any issues or concerns about the hotel. It looks just like its picture.

Special thanks to the wonderful staff, especially Nathan helping to get our many bags in and out of the hotel.

Room was very modern and clean.

Everything was perfect. The bath was nice and the smart TVs was able to connect to my phone. Definitely staying at this location again!

Impressed with room and view. They should’t charge extra $40 for the lake view because you can barely see it. Very clean, front desk was very professional and attentive. Great job.

The hotel room paid for at the time of the purchase was not what i received.

It’s a nice place, no parking lot but there’s two public parkings right next to it... I enjoyed my stay.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Not much on the amenities side, definitely not a resort style hotel, if that is what you're looking for. Just a great city hotel. I would recommend the junior suit, the bathroom was unique and probably the best part of my stay. The only complaint I can possible have is the parking.... there is no onsite parking and they don't have a deal with any of the lots around, so you are on your own. For a luxury hotel this is a major inconvenience especially in a large city.

Perfect. Unfortunately I don't have any pictures of the room besides the view, but the pictures on their site are accurate although they give a limited field of view. But really, I couldn't have asked for more in a room. Comfortable, spacious, plenty of amenities, good decor and lighting, responsive thermostat, great water pressure. The view was great, the wet room in the bathroom is amazing and my wife and I are considering it for our future home. The location is great as well with a lotttttt of great restaurants around. The hotel staff is attentive. All in all, our little staycation was perfect and we can't wait to stay again. Just a final note, valet is unavailable due to covid so I ended up parking in the elm street garage for $35 a day. It's like 2.5 blocks away but I probably saved some money there.
