とても綺麗で清潔でした。 プールもあり、繁華街、空港へのバス乗り場からとても近く便利でした。 ただ、電車の駅等は遠いようです。

We booked via Hotel.com. Got there and they tooK us to the 7th floor then told us we had to walk up a flight of stairs to the 8th floor(elevator only went to 7th floor) I told them I had a bad knee and I was not going to be going up and down stairs. They moved us the next day to the 6th floor to a great room... thank you! Very Upset with the In/House Travel Agent Who convinced me in taking a 3Day/2night Cruise in Halong Bay. Said it was a 4Star Cruise... it was awful!! Food was horrendous, everyone on the ship was complaining about what their booking agent told them?!? Wasted $600!! Is this a Vietnam TravelAgent thing to do... LIE?!?! This Hotel is in a good location, breakfast food ok. You can hear outside noise(including roosters at 5am😖!

This was my second stay in Vimaya. Overall were good but there was a little things of cleanliness worse than last time I stayed. The first room they offered me had not fully cleaned, I found that the table and a part of floor had not been cleaned with a little bit sticky and slippery. One of the credits was the bedding which the mattress and pillows were one of the comfortable hotels I have been stayed. Location is good, at best just takes within 7mins walk accessing to khao San road, some of staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast was standard and money of value.

Small boutique hotel. Great location right on the canal and close to the famed Khao San Road with plenty of night life and delicious food vendors. Travel around is great with public buses, river boats, GRAG, taxis and “tutus”. Staff was courteous, polite and offered help in sight seeing and transports. Rooftop pool is small but adequate. Nothing beats a dip in the pool after a long day. Breakfast buffet by the canal was best to start the day. We stayed there for 4 nights, though they had to move us to another room on a different floor due for maintenance. A little inconvenience but they offered complimentary meals for good will. That was not expected but very much appreciated their customer first service. Will definitely come back and recommend highly.
