Great staff although butler generally not there. Restaurants were awesome? Ocean, Lumiere, and Asia were our favorites. Watered down drinks at pool but expect that. Get your drinks in one of the bars for a better. Get to infinity pool very early as they reserve many of them for their Club members. Take the ATV tour it was great.

We had the best time at Le Blanc to celebrate our honeymoon! Everything was absolutely perfect. Gorgeous property, views and the most attentive team. Special thanks to Alba and Fernanda for going above and beyond to make our honeymoon one to remember. We can’t thank our butlers Eduardo and Alonso enough for everything! From unpacking our suitcases to perfection, preparing bubble baths, and all of the special surprises in our beautiful room- we cannot thank you enough! Our honeymoon was the perfect escape from reality. We felt safe and comfortable our entire stay. Every restaurant was 5 star worthy- we could not believe the quality was all inclusive! Our massages and spa experience was the best we ever had- wish we could remember both masseuses (Olga being one of them) name for the shout out. The room service, pool service and concierge service was all top notch! To everyone who made our honeymoon so perfect, THANK YOU! To all reading this review, we absolutely recommend Le Blanc Cabo! It exceeded all expectations. We will definitely be back to Le Blanc for future stays!

All the restaurants were tops. The food and service was excellent.

Didn’t like: not enough entertainment in pool or Night shows. Pools had sand. Pool staff was great one day afterwards it was lacking.

Checking in was annoying. We arrived around 2:30. Check is at 3:00. We did not even get into a room until after 4:30. Front desk took their sweet time. Did not explain anything about the hotel at all. I sat there trying to look up restaurants, shows, amenities. I booked knowing it was a 5 star, but zero communication on their end. I don’t like doing research once my vacation starts. I can’t remember the name of the person that checked us in but he was probably the only confused/slow/zero communication person in the entire resort. Food was really good. Never had a bad meal. Margaritas were excellent. Don’t book any massages through hotel directly. I yelped and found a beautiful spa only 7 minutes away for $100 for the both of us including tip. The resort spa wanted $575? We weren’t offered any time share things because we weren’t staying the entire week. Service in the entire resort was excellent. Food was on point. Only once I received a glass at the swim up pool That had lipstick on it. Wasn’t happy. They just poured into another glass. I said hell no! Due to covid that wasn’t acceptable. Other than that everything was clean.

Amazing experience! The staff was superb. Alonso and Eduardo were our butlers and took care of us! I enjoyed BlancAsia the most for dinner. Sushi was to die for. Our waiter there was Roberto and he was really sweet. We went to breakfast at blancintl every morning of our stay because Alberto was amazing and so attentive. I’m so happy with everyone who helped us at the spa. We went 3 times during our stay. The resort did a great job and checking temperatures, offering sanitizing and social distancing during our stay. Even when we left the resort for activities they were on top of us leaving, verifying cars etc. Would love to return!
