Hotel is nice and new. Staff very friendly. Our room had a clogged toilet when we checked in and it took over an hour before we were delivered a plunger for us to fix it ourselves! The young woman at the front desk was doing double at the little bar which made it difficult for her to give attention to incoming guests.

It was ok.
Checked in to the room that was assigned. I walked in and the room smelled like cat urine so bad I couldn’t stay in there. I went back to the desk to tell them I couldn’t stay there. They understood and got me a different room. That room was clean and didn’t smell.

Great hotel!
I wasn’t familiar with Grand Stay hotels, but I will be looking for them when I need a hotel.
The lobby was welcoming and cozy. The rooms were well appointed; a refrigerator, microwave and a coffee maker! Comfortable beds. Big vanity. Used the whirlpool and pool. The continental breakfast had a lot of variety.
I hope there will be more of these hotels going up! I enjoyed my stay!!

Staff was very helpful and nice. Will stay there again. There was not shampoo/conditioner that I am used to at hotels but it would not prevent me coming coming back. Breakfast was awesome. Again the staff was very nice. Thanks for making my stay enjoyable.
