It was perfect for a short-term (week) stay, pretty much all I really needed. Downside maybe was no cooler or microwave in room; also no laundry (washer/dryer) service. Excellent daily breakfast and very friendly staff.

The hotel location was great as well as the cleanliness and friendly staff.

This hotel needs a lot of maintenance. they didn't have enough food for breakfast. the toilet didn't work, they didn't have towels in the room. This place need total management change as they seem to not care about anything and don't care about their guests.

We book for 3 pax, with 3 free breakfast, but they allowed only 2 pax for the breakfast.

Good hotel and friendly staff

I like the welcoming and very accommodating receptionist. She is quick to offer assistance. The room is clean and the bed is comfy. It’s a nice place to stay for overnight or quick business, without the frills.

Nice clean rooms. Food was ok. I had an issue with foreign object in food. But the staff took care of it. Laundry was really expensive. Would stay here again as I think it is one of the few “ nice “hotels in the area.

My first time with this hotel, so happy I found this hotel in Butuan City!!! It's perfect place I need for a travelling business deals.Me & my husband loved the bed so much!!! the room area is perfect comfort!!! Keep it up guys!
