Villa Loma is a beautiful Bed and Breakfast. It is in the mountains above the Pacific Ocean. I loved hearing the howler monkeys howl and then a gust of wind would blow. The hammocks outside the room are so relaxing. For an additional fee, they will fill up the romantic hot tub outside the room. Yasser made a delicious breakfast for us each day. The pool is modeled after the Ojo de Agua on Ometepe, and I enjoyed this pool more actually! It is a serene location with exceptional service. Nicaragua is a rainforest-like climate and with that be prepared for the interesting bugs you will see around the grounds; some I enjoyed like fireflies and some I do not so much like ants. It is about 8km outside the city of San Juan del Sur, so for lunch and dinner, there is delivery available or a car service into town.

From the moment we were personally welcomed to the property to our departure was just incredible. Every detail considered and an amazing value as well. Will definitely come back

I am SOO grateful to have chosen Villa Loma for our stay in San Juan del Sur. Yasser was such an amazing host! He gave us plenty of recommendations and connected us with a very trust worthy taxi driver at a fair price. He made us feel super welcomed. His staff were professional and cooked an amazing breakfast. Villa Loma's hospitality was by far the best I've experienced. The facility itself is breath taking and you get to see the most beautiful sunsets. Without a doubt I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Yasser and staff, for being a part of such a memorable trip!

Wunderbar ruhig gelegenes kleines B&B in den Hügeln über Playa Hermosa und nicht weit von San Juan del Sur. Yasser und Richard sind die perfekten Gastgeber für einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier absolut richtig.

We spent our last 3 days of our honeymoon at Villa Loma. It was the perfect end and definetly the relaxing/ comfortable highlight of our trip. We had a beautiful view over the pacific ocean (not only from the terrace but also from our bed :-)) and could see the sunset while doing yoga (Yassar organized it for us and it was a great experience!). We enjoyed the great combination of privacy (almost felt "alone", shared the fantastic little nature-pool just with 2 others guets who didnt use it at all) and service (room cleaning, support whenever you need a champagne cooler or help by getting in town / airport / delivery of food). Yassar, Richard and their team where so friendly and supportive. Last but not least: Thank you for that heart-warming experience :-) (also thanks to the cat lexi, who was always there if I wanted to hug her)
