Great stay for family. Walking distance to Asoke BTS and Terminal 21. Value for money for this great location. Apartment is spacious and rooms are clean. We enjoyed our stay. Will be back again.

A two bedroom apartment on 5th floor of an apartment/condo building from the 80's or 90's located down a small street from Sukimvet Street, a skytrain stop and a metro stop, large malls, tourist walking street, high end hotels and a food market. 24 hour security guard, daytime attendant in lobby. Owner/agent meets you at building. Small cleaning fee. Deposit taken in cash. Good A/C, small kitchen, big bedrooms and bathrooms. Comfortable couches. Good hot water. Not the newest place in the area, but completely adequate if you want more than just a hotel room.
