I had an amazing time the hotel staff made the trip for me! They were accommodating and efficient. Very friendly and helpful! The hotel was really clean and fresh. They have masks, anti bacterial wipes, and hand sanitizer in the room. The view was BEAUTIFUL!!!! The service would come in daily and clean and provide fresh bedding and towels. I’ll definitely go back!

The best resort I’ve stayed at. Love the architecture, the restaurants, views, having a personal artisan and the rooms are amazing! I would highly recommend this property! Staff is very nice and friendly and takes care of your needs. Will be staying here again!

Rooms small, 1000 bucks a night no microwave or fridge!

The space is incredibly beautiful, great architecture, landscape and pools. Rooms are tasteful but lacks of comfort, no control for low light, whole room electricity shuts off on its own, for example when you are in shower. There was no full length mirror, no place for reading and the room was small. Staff was very friendly and tried hard but seems to lack a guidance on what is expected. The food was a total disappointment, nor fresh or tasty, the orders were mixed up plus the service was extremely slow. I would not stay here the second time. Nice hotel to visit, not good to stay or dine in.

Absolutely magnificent hotel! 10/10. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. The resort was spotless, the views were breathtaking and the restaurants were all delicious. It was hard to leave.

Incredible resort! You can catch the beautiful sunset right from the resort. Peaceful setting. The setup makes it never crowded even when there's is a lot of people. Amazing customer service. Great food selection from numerous restaurants along with poolside service and a swim up bar. The grounds are immaculate. I've stayed at several resorts in various tropical places-- this one outdid them all.
