I would suggest being professional & courteous, to acknowledge a waiting customer.
Both reception staff ignored us for approx 5 minutes, whilst talking amongst themselves, carrying out administrative duties behind reception desk.
They should have immediately said "Sorry we will be with you in a moment".
Once we were spoken to, everything was great. The room was, clean, warm, tv good, breakfast was great.
We enjoyed a relaxing overnight stay.
