Great service!!!

The hotel is pretty new and the accommodation is very good. Although it is a bit out of the way, we use the GRAB ehauling service. Make sure you go to next door Starlight Restaurant and try the local cooking - excellent taste and reasonably price.

Beautiful and Instagram worthy. Upon arrival receptionist was very professional and polite but wasn’t warm and welcoming as per other hotels that I’ve stayed before in Malacca. My deluxe king room was beautifully furnished but it faces the opposite room across the courtyard so I felt a little conscious to open the heavy curtains. Bed was comfy but pillows too soft for my liking. Bathroom was super clean but I felt the floor in room felt a little dusty. Fortunately bedroom slippers were provided. The corridors leading to the rooms were slightly dark, to reflect New York industrial design - so if you are used to fancy bright corridors, this isn’t for you. What I liked about this hotel was that it’s so quiet, so it was very relaxing. Breakfast which I purchased ala carte was yummy and the staff at the Bica & Co cafe was friendly and warm - atypical of most Malaccans. The surrounding shops in the area was a little boring - I wished there was at least a convenient store nearby. However Jonker Street and the city center cost just RM5 to get to by Grab.

The room is big and spacious, clean and tidy. However, the hotel is not within walking distance to any shopping malls. It is around a 5 mins taxi ride to the Jonker street and other shopping malls.

Didnt realize the location is not walkable to anywhere nesrby. We didnt drive and had to take Grab or taxi. Otherwise the hotel is clean and staff are over friendly.
