Great hotel in the centre of Palma

Beautiful hotel, super clean, luxurious/comfortable rooms and public spaces. Food is just ok.

Stayed for two nights on our way to Menorca. My room was upgraded to the top floor, facing the square. Free water bottles each night, and the softest towels I've ever felt! Great location and ambiance of the hotel. Rooftop pool area is small, but there weren't many people there to begin with.

The attention to details are amazing here. Everyone is working towards the ultimate guest experience. And yes, sometimes they make some small mistakes (it massively popular so the pressure is always on) but what defines them is how serious they are about repairing whatever went wrong.

Perfectly situated in the centre of the old town surrounded by superb boutiques and restaurants the hotel was perfect, started the day with the most fantastic breakfast beautifully served by the brilliant waiting staff, we can’t wait to return here.

Everything was exceptional at Hotel Mama. The hotel’s location is perfect. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated and had all the luxury amenities. The bed was very comfortable which helps when you are walking all day to take in the sights of Palma. I felt rested and relaxed every morning when I woke up. All the staff was kind and helpful.
