中心部に近いのは良いけど、夜は遅くまで賑やかで早朝は人がいなくなるのは仕方ないところ スタッフの方は基本的に親切でした

スタッフは英語を完璧に理解して、 とても親切でした。 ロケーションも良いと思います。

グアダラハラの見所であるカテドラルや市場からも近く、大変便利。一階のレストランも安心安全だと思いました。

Very happy with this hotel .. decoration is modern and sophisticated.. but most important is very clean . Workers are very polite. They have the Pick up Service from the airport to the hotel at extra charge, but is reliable, driver will be on time for your pick up

Awesome hotel, English spoken, great service

The staff was amazing. I had become ill and they got me medicine and checked on me to make sure I was alright. Everyone was super helpful and I enjoyed my stay. I will be returning soon.

Exceptional staff, clean and bright rooms. Subterranean parking, safe and easy to access. The only suggestion would be new beds as the double room we had, both beds dipped a bit in the middle. Would definitely stay here again, the price is unbeatable. Walking distance to many great spots and food eats.

Had an excellent stay at the Real Maestranza Hotel, really appreciated the professionalism of the staff and the value was exceptional. Room service was super fast and responsive and the cuisine from the Chata Restaurant on the mezzanine level was delicious. Rooms were modern and newly renovated. Baths were comfortable and clean. Bedding was very comfortable. Gym is on 7th floor, amazing views and private. Overall could not beleive the value for the amenities and service. Great Concierge as well. I had a very productive business trip and owe that in large part to the attentive helpful staff at this hotel. Never was a need of mine not accommodated.

Wow exceeded our expectations, we loved loved the beds and pillows, not even in América you can find such comfortable beds. We slept like babies, we stayed in other 4 places in Guadalajara an in Cancun and this was by far the best. The restaurant breakfast was the cherry on top of our short stay, Anaí int coffee and delicious chilaquiles. I will definitely go back to this hotel. They pay attention to details and are serious about their business.
