I just returned from a 5 night, 6 day stay and had the best time. The beach is gorgeous white sand, crystal water with no seaweed. Watch out for jelly fish though, cause I did get stung on my last day due to an incoming storm :(. No fault of the hotel though. Nice loungers to lay on during the day, loved the chill house music, great drinks, breakfast was excellent in the morning and including in the room stay and our room was super cute. Walking distance to clubs such as Taboo which was very popular and you can also use the sister property Coco Tulum which is convenient for a switch up of scenery. There were a few issues throughout my time such as my door lock broke, the power went out briefly a few times, a water pipe for the foot wash outside my room broke.. but it was fixed very fast and not a huge inconvenience. I met Luis at Coco Limited and he helped me with my door issue and a couple of other things when I was there. He was very helpful as was everyone else there. Down at Coco Tulum Mario stood out and was very friendly to show me around the property and gave me great suggestions on things. Overall, excellent place and would come back anytime.

We stayed in room 1, the ocean front suite, and it was phenomenal! The view was incredible and I loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves every night. Would love to come back again soon!

Quick access to the beach, you walk out of the room and there is the pool. The water is salty in the shower i had to brush my teeth with bottled water. Short walk to all restaurants in the area. In general very good. The concierge Cris was amazing he knew everything and was great suggesting our excursions without him we wouldve been lost.

This is our second time staying at one of the Coco properties & everything was wonderful! Even considering hurricane evacuations and being re-homed for a time, the Coco staff was proactive, prompt, and professional at all times! We can’t wait to come back!

It was ok..the place needs a remodel, paint ..new beach furniture..please replace the pool cushions they are old and faded.food was good needs a bigger menu.

My friend and I enjoyed our stay at Coco Limited Tulum. The service was really good, they are all nice and ready to make you feel like at home. If you are looking for party, this is not the hotel for you... but if you are looking for some relaxing time you should stay here. Also, for people like me that are afraid of bugs or lizards, not sure if this is the right hotel for you since the doors to your room are not sealed all around. Well, that’s what staying in the jungle looks like, so I can’t complain. In overall, I would recommend anyone staying here.

Coco Limited was hands down one of the best experiences we have had. Always a bit tricky to pick a hotel off the internet..you just never know.. The staff was incredible. Kind, helpful and very covid conscious.
