Friendly service. Loved the spacious room and bathroom. Breakfast was good.

Was charged twice. I had already paid on hotel.com then the hotel charged me again.

Ok straight to the point - The air conditioning is too noisy (take ear plugs if you are light sleeper) and is either on or off there is no middle ground. Also, and I know this is personal, however, the bed was way too firm for both of us and the pillows did not give us enough support meaning we did not sleep well at all, often only getting to sleep at 4 or 5 in the morning due to not being able to settle properly. This obviously had a knock on effect to our days. Pros the staff are helpful and try and resolve any problems however the above is unfixable as all the rooms are basically the same setup. If we could've switched hotels without being financially penalised we would have.

This is a perfect place to stay if visiting Universal Studios, the room was exceptional value for all we had 2 queens a living area with a kitchenette!
