ドセノパティ マリオボロ グランド ホテル (ジョグジャカルタ)

Dirty. Location is not walker friendly, very busy road. Staff were friendly but it seemed that management had them doing too much. Not enough staff on duty, room wasn’t clean, breakfast food and seating areas were gone when buses arrived. Rooms were not stocked as normally (no hair dyer, makeup mirror, poor lighting, no shampoo and conditioner, etc). Air conditioner would not shut off at designated temp so room was freezing in the morning. Restaurant often didn’t have the food listed in the menu. Walls were thin and big groups weren’t controlled well-keeping us up at night and waking us up early in the morning, we would have left but after 17 days of traveling, we had 4 days left and didn’t want to deal with the fuss.

Excellent hotel at an affordable price. Very well located and with the most lovely people I've ever met.

cleanliness need to be improved since we found cockroach in the room. the single bed was comfortable ( big size ).
