Reception staff friendly and helpful. Basins inadequate and shower screen in room bathroom ineffective. Breakfast Room too hot, but hot dishes (e.g. scrambled egg) allowed to dry up and get cold - not replenished.

I wish for a do over when I booked this last minute deal. The desk staffs were impatient and rude when helping English-speaking customers. However, when helping others in their own language.. they took their time and ignored my wife and I had been waiting after a long 10 hour flight. The rooms are outdated along with the hotel’s 20 year old bath towels. The bath towels were not exchanged. The used bath towels were just folded and re-hung on the towel rack. Disgusting, stay away.. you have been warned.

They only take cash because there credit card machine was broken and seems to always be broken! A big turn off for a hotel!

Good location, decent property, friendly and helpful staff

The hotel does NOT accept credit cards. There is also no telephones available in the apartaments to talk with the reception. The room is not well cleaned. There was garbage above our bed and our sheets were not changed during the whole stay. The good points: cheap, very well located, the breakfast is ok (go before 10am - i went at 10h30 and there was nothing else to eat).

Jeg har aldrig mødt så sur og striks en receptionist som på dette hotel. Det var helt galt, og næsten til at grine af. WOW. ingen service. Vi boede der kun 1 nat, og fik et billigt tilbud, så det taget i betragtning var det super fint for os.

Etablissement parfaitement situé pour découvrir Budapest. Un problème initial de réservation de chambre résolu dans les plus brefs délais. Lieu propre avec un personnel de réception à l'écoute, notamment l'hôtesse très sympathique présente lors des check in et out, avec ses renseignement judicieux sur la ville.

Location was great!! Room was okey and we slept quite well although the air condition didn't work so we opened a window every night. Breakfast was a disaster and disappointment. But again location and service was really good. For a few days it works.
