the place was good and as is from the picture shown. however , despite our short stay, as we checked in late, there were things we noticed that need improvement. the remote control of tv didnt work, so we werent able to watch, the toilet seat wasnt screwed in well, so it kept slipping out when sitting down, no bidet as mentioned (had to use the shower head), and bathroom tissue and toothpaste were missing (they were expected when they said toiletries are included), and the door lock needs to be fixed. but overall, it was a nice place and very near to restos and few mins walk to venice frand canal. and the owner made sure to keep in touch with us from check in to check out.

Room was lovely and perfect in size. WiFi worked great. Customer service through Melody was excellent! The only drawback to this property is the ELEVATOR! There’s 3 but usually one is working. 30 floors with a penthouse and occupancy is densely populated makes for a crazy long wait. Other than this issue, my stay was pleasant.

basically a studio condo for rent by owner. -- I did not think much of the floor plan or furnishings -- Two sides of the real bed were against wall making for difficult sharing -- The Samsung LED 32 inch 720p TV that was only view able from bed -- Maid service is weekly but available for 500 piso cash -- Patio had huge & heavy table and chairs that just got in the way, light plastic stacking would be better in limited space -- so many throw pillows that they became a nuisance -- futon sofa in living room folds to double bed -- futon lounge in bedroom folds to single bed -- needs a clothes rod in shower or patio for hand washing but a was fold dry place is very convenient on walk to venice mall. -- no lockable in room safe, even a metal toolbox with hasp for pad-a-lock would be good -- no free drawers to unpack suitcase, all were full of extra towels and cleaning supplies --The interior layout would be very different if I owned it. -- Fiber internet was fast enough Do not be discouraged by my critique, condo is excellent for a visit to the Venice Grand CanaI mall and a fine base for exploring Manila. With a bit more thought and rearrangement it would make a fine vacation home

We enjoyed our stay , the hotel is very nice and clean and also close to the places that we want to go. I will recommend it to some of friend , and I wish I can come back again with my family.
