Super comfortable and cozy room with a great shower. It was a great location because it was quiet, but just a couple of blocks away from the excitement of the French Quarter.

This is a cute little guesthouse. We stayed in the Peacock room and it was clean and had everything we needed. Catherine was amazing. She kept us informed on the weather and what to expect while we were in New Orleans. She is very accommodating and allowed us to leave our luggage in the room since we had a late flight. We can't wait to go back and stay there again.

We had a great time there and although small, it was all we needed. Very cool decor and the back courtyard was really nice. Great value and good location.

Loved it all. Small guesthouse with cozy rooms. Each room a very different, random theme uniquely French Quarter. Delightful courtyard. Each room opens directly to outside. No hallways. I believe there are only six units. The Bunk room, my room, was the smallest and most delightful. Yes, there are bunk beds but most suitable for the single traveler. WARNING: You will fall in love with Catherine ‘Cat’ the innkeeper. She and her hubby are a delight.

Love this place. Very convenient and right in the French Quarter. Great for after being on Bourbon Street and you want to walk home. Owner was a great person to work with. Stayed in the Bunk Room. Small room but served its justice. If you are over 5’5 stay in a different room. Worked fine for me because I’m short.

The Royal Barracks Guest House was a perfect quiet oasis in the hubbub that is the French Quarter. Walk to everything. Do the loud stuff, and return to RBGH for peace and quiet and a good night's sleep. Manager Kelly is friendly and helpful. Small room, but for the price, this place is a winner. If I'm back in NOLA, I'll return here.

It was very nicely decorated with old world charm. Very authentic New Orleans. Kelly was amazingly warm and helpful

Quaint little B&B just outside the hustle and bustle of the French Quarter! Quiet at night, but within short walking distance of anywhere we wanted to be. The rooms are older as the building is historical (over 100 years old) but nothing we needed wasn't provided. We stayed 4 days and we'd go again. Property manager was super friendly!!
