the staff are very good and Emmanuel and norbit are very helpful telling you things like taxis and places to go . The whole property looks dated and could do with updating . My door latch was broken and had to be locked all the time to stay closed . No bedside light so one had to stubble in the dark at night if one needed the bathroom , and stubbing the toes in the process. Air conditioning would be a great help now as the daytime temp. is up around 40 c , and it does not drop a great deal at night . Breakfast was good , place was clean and tidy and everybody was friendly ,always a smile on the faces .

Quick to resolve issues. Hands-on owner and eager to help staff.

The TV didn't work which was a disappointment. Staff should check the screens, some of which are torn. Starr were OUTSTANDING. They look great care to make sure my activities worked out successfully. I felt they were interested in me as a person not just a traveler. :)

Good beds and linens, ok breakfast and helpful staff but no hot water during the 3 days we stay there, at best warm. No electricity either (the whole town suffered from this) so the lodge had to run on a generator almost permanently.

Though not a luxury resort, I found over staying there for four nights Livingstone Lodge to be clean and solid, and a good value for the money. The breakfast they provide is decent. They facilitated getting my laundry done for a reasonable price. The best thing about my stay was the customer service. One of the owners really went out of her way pointing me to options for the next leg of my adventure. What I liked least is that the lodge is about a $5.00 taxi ride each way into down town Victoria Falls.

Quiet location just outside of main town, nice owners who helped with sorting excursions. They also organised pickup from the airport at reasonable cost which was helpful.

Very clean rooms, safe & peaceful Of all - the owner & the employees are there to assisit you in any way. I highly recomend staying at this place.

The staff was absolutely amazing! They were helpful, friendly, and made us feel at home.

Both the manageress and the rest of the workers were good to us. Their breakfast was terrific.
