Iris was very welcoming and responsive to questions during our stay.. this is an excellent stay for close proximity to EVERYTHING... comfortable house and good people top off the stay.

Excellent stay
The house was in a very convenient location in between Garmisch and Partenkirchen. Extremely clean and spacious with everything you could want for a lovely stay. Would definitely use again. The host was very nice with excellent communication.

NEAR THE CENTRE
We had a very enjoyable visit to Garmisch. The owner was charming and easy to deal with. The apartment is in excellent codition and easy walking distance to the centre. Ample parking. A perfect apartment to stay for Garmisch or to tour the region

Summer in Garmisch
We stayed a few days in summer. The location is close to both Garmisch and Partenkirchen centers and groceries can be bought close by. The apartment has plenty of room, tasteful furnitures, nice landlords. I recommend this apartment. Thanks and see you next time

In the heart of Garmisch-Partenkirchen
Wonderful apartment with lots of space. Close walking distance to downtown Garmisch. The espresso machine was wonderful and Iris was delightful. I would definitely book again for another holiday.

Clean & comfy apartment with easy walking access to the city
We stayed at this apartment with two couples plus kids and it was set up perfectly for us. Everything was very clean. A bin of toys was available for the kids as well as a highchair and pack'n'play if needed. Towels were provided. Kitchen had plates, cutlery, pots and pans etc. The apartment was within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops and also very convenient to the mountains. The view outside the door is breathtaking! I highly recommend this apartment!

Great stay in Bavaria
We had a great two days staying at the Platz Hirsch. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4. Iris was a wonderful host. The kitchen offered everything we needed to cook and we also enjoyed a great dinner at Colloseo. Thanks for a great stay. If we ever return to Garmisch-Partenkirchen, we will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay in beautiful flat. Location superb.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this property. Garmisch is a lovely town and we were a group of both skiers and non-skiers. The main ski school and chair lift is a 6 minute drive away (with a large car park) or a 25 minute walk. We did both regularly. There are loads of lovely restaurants nearby as well as good shops and supermarkets if you want to cook yourself in the very well appointed kitchen. We would definitely return here, we had a fabulous holiday.
