アカシア サイゴン ホテル (ホーチミン)

立地は最高ですが、最高に　わかりにくい場所です。 男性スタッフは丁寧な対応ですが、掃除スタッフは最悪でした。２日続けて　グラスの交換をしてくれませんでした。シャワースペースに落ちていた大きな糸くずみたいなのは滞在中は清掃されませんでした。

高層階と広い窓の部屋をリクエストしたら、希望どうりの部屋でした、 デタム通りの直近ですが、少し中には入った位置にあるため夜間も静かにで 快適に過ごすことが出来ました。

フェイスタオルがない（ありえない！）。テレビが見れない（ベトナム語放送なので問題はないが）。という不思議なことがありましたが、清潔で静か環境で寝心地のいい枕があり、とても良かったです。 ホテルのTuanhさんがとても親切で英語もできるので、とても助かりました。どの地図で探しても道順を確認することができず、少々心配しましたが、ABCベーカリー＆cafeから30ｍほどのところにありました。正し、Hotelsではブリリアントホテルという名称ですが、実際はブリリアントサイゴンホテルでした！ご留意ください。

Hotel Room not quite the same as the enhanced photo on the booking site. But that is par for the game. --- Bedding was great, the room is quite, bathroom was large , water pressure top notch. - : The room as advertised as having a city view - I guess the word ("Sh--ty") and the word City are much the same--------- Sadly, when the curtains were open the view was of the neighbours grotesque back door/ balcony rather unpleasant sight for a white man. - "All in all" for Vietnam/Pham Ngu Lao, it was acceptable. = NOTE: The Breakfast was all Smoke and Mirrors, Not exactly breakfast food for champions, (Chef ??? Try to locate a "cereal or two" and add them to you "picturesque" display and splash out and by a real Bread Toaster , and compliment that with a Microwave machine (Then customers can have some hot food , rather than the stodgy cold presentation) - Cheers ---

Nice clean room on the 6th floor had a view. There was no hot water for 3 days. The lift did not always work. It was a lot of stairs from the 6th floor. No smiles from breakfast staff. Very little English. Not good management at all.
