Weekend stay
The hotel was in a great location. But it seemed a little outdated compared to others that I’ve stayed in. There was no smart tv, no shelf in the shower to put your toiletries, there was a see through door to the bathroom shower area that I thought was strange, and there was no ice bucket to keep drinks cold. The air conditioner didn’t seem to work no matter how low (60 degrees) I set it. I probably soundly stay here again. Just knowing that I can get more for the same price in the area.

My Stay at the hotel was spectacular. The room was perfect, the view was perfect, the locations was perfect and the staff were a dream! 10/10 would most certainly recommend!

It was a nice hotel but had to pay $50 to check in early for “rushed housekeeping” for a room that was clearly ready because we got to check in right away.

There are water bottles sitting in the room amongst other things. If you even touch them you will be charged an arm and a leg. Food and water is extremely overpriced.

Hotel Alessandra was incredible. The service was amazing, the room was wonderful and huge! I recommend asking for a corner room on a higher floor. Everything about the stay was excellent. I’ll be staying here for every trip into Houston from now on.

While the hotel is beautiful and centered in the heart of downtown Houston, the room itself was dirty and did not have a working toilet.
