Very business friendly location and hotel.

Alles gut!

I love staying at the Stay.Residence. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. I sleep really well at night and the desks and power outlets let me work on my trips. I also love having the convenience of the fridge and microwave.

Overall the place was clean (with exception of stain on carpet), staff very nice and friendly. It was nice to have a little kitchenette and the location was great for not wanting to drive into the city - 5 min drive to subway with street parking. One thing to note was that the dryer took over 3 hrs to dry our clothes - make sure to pick the automatic setting - hard to make sense of the German machine. Also had difficulty getting into our room due to the way the door works... make sure you know how to do that before reception leaves (10pm). Other than that it was a good place to stay.

Not realizing it was Oktoberfest when we decided to go to Munich . the only affordable and clean looking place at a reasonable price was the stay residence. It was clean but out a ways from central Munich . we took a train from central station to passing then a bus (259) to the stay. a block from the residence. took about 45 min if timed right. It was a smaller room than anticipated but very clean and had a microwave,stove top pots and pans to cook a small frig and tiny balcony,coin laundry on premises. internet was good.The front desk was helpful and let us borrow umbrellas when it rained. Cons:if you stay longer than a day, they do not have maid service for a week. . Bit they do offer you towels and TP if asked.

Very clean rooms, very friendly staff.

Convenient to grocery and very good Greek restaurant. Lodging was comfortable and clean. Garage was also very convenient. On site laundry worked well and had good size washers and dryers. Desk staff was friendly and helpful.

We had a very nice experience in the stay residence. We would like to be asked about changing Towels, making the bed during our stay.
