Hotel Zamna

Comfy, quiet, cozy, great pool, great breakfast. A small issue with flashing power outages a couple of times, but that was probably more of a city problem. Front desk attendants Jhoanna and the others were sweet and helpful. Loved it, will definitely stay again when I return.

We were so pleased to have found this hidden gem. Very good location within min 10 minutes of the Parcs areas. The rooms were spotless and a great breakfast. The reception staff were very friendly and gave us some good restaurant recommendations. The swimming pool and jacuzzi areas were set in the middle of a courtyard with places to sit and relax. Coffee and hot water was available free of charge all day and evening. We had an early start before breakfast on our last day and we found cereal, fruit and biscuits put in our room fridge So very thoughtful. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Very friendly staff. Very clean rooms. Small and intimate. It is centrally located with several good restaurants and bars within a short walk. Our room was just opposite the pool so we heard the kids playing in the pool - not a problem unless you want to nap. Breakfast was good/ok. Overall it was a very good stay.

Lovely hotel on a quiet street in Centro. Walk to restaurants, parks and old churches. 15 minutes to the airport.

This is a very comfortable pretty hotel but they are painting and improving the place and in so doing there were a bunch of tools and buckets ... Right outside my door which was unsightly. The staff is wonderful and the breakfasts are great! The mini fridge and ice machine are great for the hot humid weather.

Three of us booked 2 rooms. This is a quaint hotel with a beautiful courtyard/pool area, it was perfect for a break from the heat of the day. Breakfast was tasty, in a cute little nook of the hotel. The rooms were comfy and stylish. When I thought I had lost my wallet, Hector and his staff were very concerned (I didn't for a moment think anyone at the hotel was responsible). I found it, it was my own issue, but was impressed by the offer of assistance and the level of concern. Hector is very efficient but without a lot of fuss and was helpful whenever we asked for assistance, as were the rest of the staff. We got the impression that they all care about their guests. as with other reviews, we found the location was great (near Santa Lucia, near Plaza Grande, and near La Lupita for great tacos!) Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely boutique hotel near many historical squares and restaurants. Very helpful, friendly, English-speaking staff. Free breakfast, wi-fi, and even a free ride to the airport were all included.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and will stay here again on my next business visit to Merida. The room is clean, pool is great, breakfast is excellent! I left $300 cash in the safe accidently and Hector made sure to get the money sent to me, I appreciate their honesty!

Great breakfast! We enjoyed the variety and the setting. The pool and pergola are very sweet. Air conditioning and hot water worked well and the street doesn't flood!
