The small hotel has an excellent location, splendid property and landscape, excellent pool and nice rooms. The housekeeping service was not done on the weekend, we needed to ask for towels and toilet paper several times. The bathrooms could benefit from some additional towel holders and bathroom amenities.

Room was really nice, property was really nice but housekeeping missed a day on my room and they didn’t provide any toiletries other than a basic bar of soap. The room was big and had a nice balcony. Price was ok but probably wouldn’t stay again.

Location and property. Tropical oasis, spacious full amenities, close to everything . This will be my choice to stay again in the future. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Spent a week in Costa Esmeralda. Property was well maintained and the apartment we stayed in very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed to feel right at home and more. The pool area is very nice to relax after a day on the beach or adventures. Located a short drive to everything and in a quiet area. Carlos gave us great tips for beaches, restaurants and other attractions. We did all of them. A car is a must on the island and they have free parking on the property which is great. We had a maid come by every day and clean our place. I highly recommend Costa Esmeralda and would stay there again!

This hotel is basic but clean, rooms to soet your needs.
