とてもキレイで可愛らしい内装のホテルでした。女性はみんな大好きだと思います。 ホテルにもレストランが併設していますし、周りにも飲食店がたくさんありました。 地下鉄の駅までも徒歩4-5分です。 ROMまでも徒歩圏内ですので観光にも困りません。 フロントの方も皆さんとても親切で、本当に助かりました。ありがとうございました。 またトロントへ行く機会がある時には是非泊まりたいホテルです。

ホテルの部屋はオシャレで清潔でした ただロビーがないので仕事等の打ち合わせが不便でした 朝食を取れるレストランがあるとより便利。

Very convenient for public transportation. Bar on the base floor was bustling, but room is quiet.

For some reason, the TV screen brightness is super low. The TV ended up turned off and had to use our mobile device for streaming media online.

Me and my boyfriend loved staying at the anndore house. It’s a beautiful hotel with lovely decor! I’ve never seen any hotel like it. However, my only complaint is that there is no way to access Netflix on the TV!! :( There were cable channels but who even watches cable anymore? There was a way to screen mirror the TV if you had an android but me and my boyfriend both have iphones, so that was completely useless. I would looooove staying at Anndore House 10000x better if there was a way to access Netflix on the TV!!

Great hotel, rooms and staff. Love the Place (6th time) but hoping for good credit or next time upgrade in exchange for $22 credit NOT applied since valet is closed but it is a Hotels.com top tier perk at this hotel.

Very cool hotel, not a cookie cutter hotel at all, very trendy and clean. Staff was very welcoming, Friendly and helpful.

I stayed for 5 days during the pandemic and it was a bit like how I imagine Kevin McAllister felt in Home Alone. The only other guests I saw were another couple the first night and I once heard a door opening in my hallway but that was it. My room was clean and felt safe, which is the most important thing. I only wish it had been clearer at the time of booking or at check in what amenities and services would be operational and when so that I could plan accordingly. There is no housekeeping and room service is only Wed-Sat until 9pm. There is no minibar or cups or tea, but you do get a kettle. The hotel is conveniently located in such a central location that this isn’t a big deal - there are lots of places to pick up food nearby and there’s a Shopper’s Drug Mart with basic food and a Dollarama just across Yonge Street if you need something the front desk can’t provide. Whenever I needed something the front desk did have, they were really kind about bringing it up to me immediately or having it ready for me to pick up later. At night, you had to go find the front desk person in a little room away from the main entrance desk. One note is you might want extra blankets - the heat comes from an air conditioning type unit and is really drying so I turned it off at night and it got a little chilly. As long as you don’t go in expecting full amenities at the drop of a hat, you’ll have a nice stay and feel safe here.
