Bad service, so noisy inside the hotel, dirty towel and falling apart (I took photos, talked to receptionist and she said: "yes, I know")

Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious and had everything you need. Love that the bathroom had a window and a separate shower rather than a wet room. The bedroom itself only has a small window so there’s not a lot of natural light but it’s fine. Beds are comfortable - we got a good nights sleep! Ideally situated for the airport so a great hotel for a stop over. I’m not sure I would recommend it as good value for money in comparison to other hotels we have stayed in within Vietnam. Hotel staff were not keen to let you check in before 2pm, however after waiting for a little while in the reception area super early, one staff member offered us the room early for an extra fee as they didn’t want us occupying the sofa area (didn’t receive a receipt for this). Couldn’t comment on breakfast due to an early flight.
