とても清潔。

部屋はやや狭いがスーツケースを開くには十分なスペースあり。部屋はとても清潔で、シャンプーなども質が良い。 チャイナタウンまで近いので食事も便利。ホテルの前の道が狭く混んでいるので、タクシーを捕まえづらい。Uberを呼んで待ってるほうがいい。また利用したいです。

日本人出張者向けホテル

出張で滞在したが、観光名所にも非常に近く交通の利便性は良好。また、新しいホテルなのかインフラ環境(水道、Wifi)も良かった。 スタッフも親切で丁寧な対応をして頂くことができた。部屋に置いてあるチップが受け取られなかったため個別に渡しに行ったら喜んでいただけた。 部屋の音から子供の声などが聞こえず静かだった。バスタブなどもないことから家族向けではなく、出張者向けである。ジムのマシンも綺麗に整理されていたため是非次回モントリオールに訪問する際にも利用したい。

Washrooms aren't sound proof.

The rooms look good in the photos, the lobby is nice, the staff are pleasant. But it all falls apart if you're staying with someone. The washrooms aren't sound proof, and the room AC is sooo quiet so unless you have the TV on loud, you'll hear all their functions when they are on the toilet. It's a little thing, but it's a big thing.

2 day get away

Last time I visited the hotel was when it first opened and I loved it, 5/5. This time it was slightly different, the first room I checked into was completely dirty. It appeared that someone checked out and it was never cleaned, had wet towels on the floor, dirty cups out and the bed was a mess. They found me another room about 20 minutes later which was much better but it made me question the cleanliness of the rooms, especially during Covid. On the first night there was a fire alarm at 1am which we had to evacuate the build, it was a false alarm. There was no house keeping during Covid but they did bring clean towels when asked for day 2. Overall good experience but the dirty room and fire alarm were not the best experiences. Might give them another try in the future but will definitely consider other options.

Great location, but not a destination

The location is amazing, but the hotel is just a place to sleep. Absolutely no frills. You even do your own check-in and check-out. They have “free from the gym” quality towels...those thin white ones that you get handed to dab your sweat. In our case, we even had to ask for the towels. If you are a student on a budget, stay here. You will like it.

Overall, very comfortable bedding. Checkin was a disaster as they charged the wrong rate. Checking out was also not seamless as they didn’t have the correct rates again. Area is central so good, but also close by to a bad neighborhood so it can be a bit scary at night.

Best location, customer service, overall 10/10!

I couldn't decide between this hotel and another hotel, but I am so glad to have chosen Monville over the other option. Great location!!! Great customer service!!! Absolutely breathtaking suites!! We will definitely be back to Monville!!

Great location

I booked a Deluxe Suite to surprise my boyfriend for his birthday. Staff was helpful in preparing some balloons in our room. Upon arrival, the check-in was quick and the staff helped us bring our luggage up. Great customer service! Now for the room: I found it small for what I was paying for. There was dust/cobwebs in the bathroom fan. The sofa had an itchy type of material, the two TVs were hell to make work (unable to cast, very slow response time, remote was the worst ever). The bed was super comfy and we slept like babies. We had our little dog with us and her small crate fit right under one of the night tables. The location was honestly the selling point, a few minute walk from Chinatown and the Old Port. We didn't drive during our stay, which was very nice. The rooftop terrace was pretty nice. On both occasions that we went up, people were smoking (not allowed to smoke there). We informed the staff, and when it happened a second time, I notified the smoker myself. All in all, it was nice, but if I'd go back, I would not book the suite. There are other hotels nearby that offer bigger rooms with user-friendly technology.
