This hotel location was great although the rooms were disappointing. Very hot very small rooms the shower sprayed all over the bathroom so everything got soaked every time you showered. Minimal towel, And outdated hotel practices. The internet was not so strong and consistently lost service loved the island but if I returned to phi phi I would for sure stay somewhere else.

Service was terrible, room was not as advertised ... big disappointment!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with 3 kids - in general everything was fine. The room was a little dated, and due to the enormous size of the hotel, it took about 5 minutes to get from the hotel entrance to the room (via 2 sets of elevators). The room was clean and in reasonable condition, and the breakfast was tasty with a good variety of western and Asian food choices. There are two rooftop pools, water was a little cold, but refreshing after the Bangkok heat. The staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel is located next to the Bobae market (literally outside the door), and there is a water taxi stop 2 minutes walk away, e.g. to get to the MBK mall in a few minutes (riding the water taxi is an adventure in itself). Wifi worked fine in the room

The hotel was huge didnt really expect however the room condition were old and tacky the wallpapers were falling off the AC was leaking the room smelt of mould watch out for the room floors they are really slippery, the room design and furnitures were very old fashioned Big bonus for the market thats just outside the hotel tower and a walk away where you can buy fresh fruits and eats Staffs were friendly, courteous and very helpful Gym is big but needs alot of updated equipments and machines can do so much Overall experience an average stay

Staff is friendly and welcoming. Pool area with bar is great. The 2nd pool should have service in that area too even though it’s next to the spa area. Maybe an upgrade or remodel of room and exchange out the mattress. The mattress was old and hard you can feel the mattress springs.
