We decided to stay in the Suites rather than residences. I few perks were access to the rooftop infinity pool, breakfast, afternoon tea, sundown happy hour at the Baan Borneo, butler service and use of the London Cab. We were greeted by our butler upon arrival, who also checked us in. The room we booked was fairly clean and spacious and evening snacks were delivered upon turn-down (except for the last night - who knows why they had forgotten to turn down my room?). There is an excellent choice of meals for breakfast. Hot food is ordered from a menu and the kitchen cooks it for you.The London Cab was useful to be brought to Emquartier (which is too far and warm to enjoy a 15 minute walk) at anytime within its operating hours as opposed to their timed shuttle. It was a fairly enjoyable stay, if it weren't for a few minor staff issues that made us feel comfortable.

Outstanding room

This hotel in a quiet location, some way away from Bangkok’s main points of interest and I understand that this is a concern for some, but rest assured that there is easy access to public transportation whether by the hotel’s free shuttle services (Jimmy is a nice touch!) to the BTS; by cabs, or by an easy walk. The upscale malls Emporium and Emquartier (where the shuttle drops you off) offer well-curated shopping and dining options. Check-in was handled quickly and efficiently by Jazzy, who was only too happy to answer our questions. The hotel itself is beautiful the rooms are big, well-laid-out, and the views from the room are killer. Speaking of views, the ones from the rooftop pool are to die for; it’s easy to forget what a thrumming and buzzy city Bangkok is from that vantage point, because the vibe is so just so chill. The drinks from the bar are great, too! We stayed in the suites, and breakfast at the Leonowens Club was amazing; I honestly couldn’t fault a thing. While not a sprawling buffet (and in Bangkok, these are aplenty), the hotel’s breakfast offering was delicious, freshly-prepared, and customizable to your preference! Afternoon tea and pre-dinner cocktails were a similar high standard. A special mention to the pastry team cause the sweets were always so delectable, of course, thank you, Bun for the lovely concoctions! Definitely a great stay and a hotel that is unreservedly recommended!
