部屋数も多過ぎず、部屋も家具のディスプレイも落ち着ける場所で大好きです。 欲を言えば、シャワーの床に滑り止めが加工してあると、安全性が高まりもっと良いホテルになると思います。

Always a pleasure

I do love the Good Hotel and always try to stay there while in Antigua. It's beautiful, in a fairly quiet spot on the edge of town but still close to everything you need. I have stayed in various rooms, this year i was in room 3 which is close to the entrance and directly on the footpath for all the guests. It feel less private and you do hear everyone coming and going, so if I had the option I'd choose a room further into the hotel where less people will be milling about. The rooms don't have aircon or fans so it can get a bit warm, but they are pretty and otherwise comfortable. Since they added the restaurant Saul next door I do miss their old breakfasts but it's nice to be able to eat and drink well within the property or take your meals in your room. Just be aware it adds some noise to the experience as it is a popular restaurant. The staff are lovely and the charity they support is a nice cause that I'm happy to support.

The rooms were very small and not a lot of space for your belongings. Also the Wifi was awful. The restaurant is not attached to the hotel, which makes it very confusing and many miss communications about paying for food you ordered etc.

Unique: profits go to the ninos of Guatemala. Pros: modern, beautiful design. Restaurant at the hotel was fine, service was good. Cons: no kids space/area, rooms don’t have closets (missing a ome very common amenities you find at other hotels). Staff: most were very pleasant, a few not. check-in was not pleasant at all, the receptionist was rude. She did not greet us properly, didn’t even say welcome! She didn’t tell us which way to go, she just started walking and we followed. Even during our stay, when we saw her, she wasn’t very pleasant. Overall, we are happy that we were able to help the ninos of Guatemala by staying at the good hotel. I do think having a box for donations at the hotel would be nice. We would have liked to donate some things. However, some improvements do need to be made.

Noisy and overpriced. NOT FOR NOISE SENSITIVE PEOPLE. Overall, a disappointing stay. The property was clean and looks nice. But the way the room are designed is very poor. All rooms face a corridor between the bar and the entrance. The first rooms can hear everyone coming in and going out. The last ones can hear the bar music throughout the day. If you don't close the curtain, everyone walking by can see you. The bathroom had a giant, wooden two panel door that could not be closed properly, and could not really insulate the bathroom from the room. If you are NOISE-SENSITIVE you are going to be woken up early in the morning, and if you want to sleep outside of the quiet hours, no way. To their credit, the hotel is small and after 10:30 and before 6:30 it was quiet. But to someone like me, who wakes up and can't go back to sleep easily, it was a nightmare. If you don't care about that, hotel is probably decent, but still overpriced in my view. Overall, I would absolutely recommend against.

Hotel with a mission

Love the philosophy of this hotel. Rooms are comfortable and well decorated with local artisan goods. Restaurant and bar area are inviting and festive. Love coming back here every year.

The room and hotel service is excellent and as expected. It is very nice to know that one night at the hotel feeds a child in need for a week, they explain this at the check in.

Beautiful cause and very nice

Beautifully decored with a scandinavian feel in the middle of Antigua. What I loved the most is the whole purpose of the hotel, help children to get education. Next to L’Osteria which is also ni e and convenient for a nice meal. Super clean and comfortable bed. Obly design inconvenience was that We stayed in one of the two story bedrooms and the bathroom is in the first floor while the bed is in the second, so it’s a bit tricky if u need to used the toilet in the middle of the night and that there’s no parking.
