昼の12時過ぎに到着したが、すぐにチェックインできた。部屋は広くて明るく、バスタブもあり、とても快適だった。バルコニーからの眺めも、マッターホルンは見えないものの、遠くに山が見え悪くはなかった。朝食は7時半から。l

6月に3泊しました。スネガ行きケーブル駅のすぐ前にあります。 ツェルマット駅からも歩いて5分以内です。 ツェルマット駅を出たら すぐ前にあるゴルナーグラード鉄道の線路に沿って歩き突き当たりを左に曲がったらあります。 エレベーターはありません。 マッターホルンが見える部屋でしたので 朝焼けのマッターホルンを部屋から見る事が出来ました。 朝早く出掛け、お昼に帰るからとランチボックスをお願いしてあったら、熱々のコーヒーと共にサンドイッチと果物を 部屋まで運んでくれました。 朝食は、焼き立ての美味しいパン、ハムやチーズ、自家製のジャム ヨーグルト等 十分でした。 卵料理はゆで卵ほか、スクランブルエッグやオムレツなど お願いすれば作ってくれます。 家族経営らしい暖かいもてなしで、もう一度行く事があれば 是非泊まりたいと思います。おススメします。

Perfect location right across from the Sunnegga funicular and ebus stop, and short walk (or hotel shuttle) from Zermatt and Gornergrat train stations. Friendly and helpful staff. It was easy to communicate in English with Mike beforehand via email. Great breakfast and comfortable, clean room. At the end of the day, I really liked walking past all the people waiting for the bus right to the heated boot and ski storage rooms in the back of the hotel!

Large room with a great view, good value for your money, great location and close to town. Only complaint is the pillows were a little uncomfortable.

Our hotel room was pleasant. I liked the feel of it. Beds wonderful, great view. The staff are fairly cold but generally fine because I didn’t have the need to ask for much. Everything was good. Excellent breakfast. Be careful getting out of the shower—slippery! Also we were on the 4th floor. No elevator. Most who come to Zermatt are fit enough for that but if you need an elevator don’t stay here.

Me and my partner stayed for 2 nights and this was an incredible and authentic Swiss experience. The hotel still maintains a lot of Swiss charm and the rooms were spacious and clean. We were lucky enough to secure a room with a view of the Matterhorn which is a must whilst staying here. Breakfast was simple but fresh and sufficient to start our days. Note that there is only stairs but if that’s not a problem then this is absolutely a must stay location in Zermatt at a reasonable price.

A comfortable stay at hotel Cheminee. Location is close to town and walkable to train station, and the bus stop is just outside the hotel. Would be nice to have a kettle to make some hot tea in a cold country like Switzerland.

Excellent breakfast. Would be better if there were tea making facilities and fridge in room.

Third bed’s mattress placed on pull out bench/couch did not have a flat surface.

We really enjoyed our stay! Good location, close to train station and Gornergrat station. Ate lunch and dinner in the restaurant and were very pleased. Not upscale, but solid for kids and adults. Would stay here again!
