I loved the hotel, the room was super big, and I loved that the room had a kitchenette. Only thing I didn’t like was the parking. I had to park on the parking deck but it was located downtown so I really shouldn’t expect anything different !

Such a convenient and cozy location. The room itself was very clean and spacious. Loved how easy it was to get in and out. Wasn’t a big fan of having to pay for parking each time we got out of the garage.

Fire alarm false alarm at midnight and alarm went on for 45mins to an hour. Went off again at 6:30am. Travelling w a baby and 9 year old. Very disruptive and ruined night of rest for travel next day.

The room was clean! The bed was so comfortable! Love the kitchenette with dishes, pots, etc! I was getting surgery so close by the hospital. The phone did not work the entire time I was there/the TV remote was going out and died. Those things were inconvenient! They closed the room down after I left to fix things.

Excellent Hotel. Great service. Clean Rooms. Exactly as described. Rooftop pool is great!

Location for the medical facilities needed. Quiet & clean

When we arrived, the night person did not greet us, seemed very smart with his comments when we were asking questions, as if we should know the answers to our own questions. He was not friendly at all or accommodating. Our bedroom did not have a remote control, when we called the front desk guy again he said we could pick it up downstairs? Where is the courtesy? Didn’t even offer someone to bring to us when a remote control when it should’ve been in the room in the first place. The next morning I woke up to a bite in my arm, no idea what kind of bug could’ve been.

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice, clean rooms. Great location where you can park and walk to several places.

Super clean and suitable. I was her for just one night, but great set up for extended stays. Just a little confusing on parking garage signage...elevators are connected to hospital, but not the hotel! Go to walk down and out of garage to get into hotel.

My stay at Home 2 at Baylor in Dallas was really good including a couple really good restaurants in walking distance. The only thing I didn’t like was that the parking garage was $10.00 a night extra plus if you didn't get your car out by check out time the garage charged an extra charge. There were no free parking options.
