The hotel is brilliant. Ample onsite parking. 2 minutes from the metro station, number 54 takes you into Amsterdam Central in 15-20 minutes. The hotel check-in and check-out process was all automated and so so easy. Although reception staff were available 24/7. The room was a good size and nicely done. We had the quad room which was just great for a family of four. Usually we’d find a sofa bed for the children but here there were 4 single beds, 2 next to each other in each section of the room, with 4 single quilts making it very convenient. Plenty of storage, in room safe, seating area, fridge and tea/coffee available. Air conditioning was good. Bathroom was lovely and well equipped.
The only thing they need to give a bit of attention to is their house-keeping. It was generally ok and done regularly, you could see the dust in some areas and could tell for example the coffee/tea holder hadn’t been cleaned in a while, although being re-stocked everyday. The telephone looked grubby too. It’s a relatively new hotel so everything is nice and fresh, but slacking on these small cleaning areas would take it toll if left as is.
Overall a pleasant experience and good comfortable stay.
