i dont like the two foams set side by side together to make it a double size one. They dont keep sticking together when doing your thing.. Also, the bedsheet and the blanket are thin and old. But i like the room overall.

the bed was not a queen it was two twins put together. there was some hair in the room that was not clean on the wood flooring. i requested two coffee but only got one. but overall satisfied .

Room is clean. Linens are old. Towels are old, needs to be changed. No blankets.

We were moved to another room because the door wasn't working properly. The TV was too small than what I expected from what I paid for, also the remote wasn't working so we had to manually switch the channels. But the room was clean and room was comfortable.

I did not stay in rhis hotel. I mistyped the date of check in. I booked the room around 3:30 am Nov 14 but the check in date I entered is Nov 13. It was accepted by the system and got booked. I contacted the customer service and rhey say that rhe hotel did not approved the refund because there is no one to approved the refund process. Bad customer service from the hotel. They should been honest and just allowed the refund or rebooking of date. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone

The check in process was simple, and staff were very knowledgable abd courteous. The room itself can use improvements. Flooding in the shower room as the drain doesnt drain as fast as the water runs. No trash bins in the room. The bed feels like the box spring will break as it snapped ans cracked everytime I tossed and turned.

Arrived no problem. Room 630 when entered smelled rank as a sewer. They sprayed air freshener and wet the floor. No hot water. Charged for hot water to drink and make tea. Food inAM use to be good. Now many items were cut and many food items were cold. Fish, sausages were cold. Very dissatisfied with the hotel. Will look for another one next time.

matagal ma drain ang tubig sa banyo na kung hindi ka magiingat may tendency na bumaha sa loob ng kwarto dahil walang harang sa pinto para di lumabas ang tubig sa banyo. Tsinelas kailangan pang mag request.
