Staying here was honestly depressing

The hotel was very nice, clean, staff was very courteous and tentative. I would definitely stay again.

An excellent hotel with great employees who know have to care for their customers

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. They definitely exceeded our expectations. We stayed in the duplex and it was very very nice. We enjoyed the food and the hospitality. It was a very good value for the money. We will stay there again! I highly recommend it.

Housecleaning needs to use bleach when cleaning. The mop should not be used to clean the shower. Temperature control for showers and sinks need to correspond with knob direction not scalding customers. All television stations (CNN) should be working in all rooms.

My stay was quiet ok but their service n WiFi was disappointing

Very good location. You are able to just walk to many shops and restaurants. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. It is a busy street and you will hear street noise (and music) well into the night. My bed was really hard also, which made it uncomfortable to lounge. Overall, I enjoyed this hotel and would recommend it to others.

Internet doesn't work ,they don't even bouther to even repair ,TV doesn't work , breakfast is fixed they cannot give anything which u ask ,if its anything finish they can't refill ,tell its finished its your fault ,front staff is very unprofessional ,no senior person ready to talk even after you requst for talk .

Excellent service. Area around hotel is bustling during the day and at night. The hotel food was good including breakfast. WiFi worked well too

We stayed in SEVERAL hotels over the past 3 weeks and hands down this was the best. Why? The people. From the front desk staff, to the security gentleman who would say “Welcome Home” and housekeeping who was active and proactive with requests, You’ll be so spoiled rotten with service. I wish I could duplicate this hotel and staff wherever we go.
