My accommodations at the Shore Club was amazing. I had a wonderful one bedroom suite oceanfront with a study that was truly breathtaking. The room set up was superb and the staff made sure to take care of all of your questions and request. I would highly recommend to those looking for a place to relax and reset.

Truly paradise, everything you would imaging a trip to Turks and Caicos to be. The location of The Shore Club on Long Bay was amazing. Crystal clear shallow water that went on for miles. Powder soft sand, palm trees etc. Staff was so friendly and accommodating! My husband and I spent this last week there and the Covid safety measures taken made us feel safe. Days were spent poolside with terrific service from Latoya G. and bartender Jermaine. Already counting the days until we can plan another trip to this incredible spot.

Amazing property. Amazing breach. Amazing vacation. Long Beach is honestly a better beach than Grace Bay. Fewer people, not as deep, better for kids and you can take a free taxi provided by the resort to one of their sister resorts on Grace Bay if you want to change up the scenery and do another beach and get the Grace Bay experience. We did that for 1 day and then just stayed the rest of the time at Long Bay. The food at the hotel restaurants was amazing. Best part though was the lack of people due to Covid. Their paranoia was to our benefit :-)

Amazing the staff was impeccable.. thank you Shakera .. our personal Butler also Anthony with amazing managerial support and Ronald at our beach dinner. Andrew at the BAR was impeccable as well.. The spa attendants did an amazing job with our massage in the Penthouse facing the ocean.

The property is beautiful and its design with multiple pools, cabanas and bars allow the guests to feel as if there a few people there. The staff are very accommodating. They are eager to help whether its setting up your chair by the pool or bring you a cold drink. The food is delicious which is good because you are not within walking distance to other resorts or restaurants.

Everything was amazing starting with the check in experience. Staff is overly nice and always smiling and willing to help. Room was fantastic with amazing views.. and incredibly clean. Overall, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. :) keep up to the excellent work!

our bags were left in the lobby unattended called multiple times and told they were coming and he went down and picked them up. otherwise this place is fabulous!!! they should get rid of all the plastic water bottles!!! i brought my own water bottle and refilled it. they should have water stations.
