Very beautiful location. Foods and drinks are ok.

It was an splendid stay, great customer service and wonderful area to visit.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The establishment was very neat and clean.

The Grand Hyatt has a beautiful setting and only 1.8 miles from Vail Village. There is a nice paved path that takes you directly there. Staff was outstanding and gave us good comments on heading south toward New Mexico.

The hotel room was not cleaned well, the customer service was sub par, and there were no amenities for the price paid. We paid an additional $40 to self park when we stayed in a suite, that was ridiculous.

Such a wonderful hotel - I have stayed here a couple times and the service is unparalleled. Beautiful location on the walking path into town and right at the base of Chair 20. Amenities - pool, hot tubs, fitness center - well taken care of and well appointed. This is our favorite hotel in the Vail area.

We had the best time. Hotel was clean and staff were super friendly. We loved that it wasn’t right in the village but you could walk or take a shuttle to the village.

Amazing views, good food and drink. The service staff may be affected by covid or are just not as friendly as one might hope for a 4-5 star hotel.

Couldn't have imagined a better stay. The customer service, the options for activities, the pool and hot tub, the comfortable and awesome room and view, the breakfast options, the location, the shuttle....everything was exemplary for our stay. Sure, the perfect weather and emptiness of the hotel (weekday stay) played into it, but I could not imagine having a better experience elsewhere. Would highly recommend and stay again. Parking was a little expensive...as well as the drinks, but that's it.
