Cozy hotel. Friendly staff. Excellent buggy service! However, shower pressure is rather weak.

Clean hotel with beautiful Instagram design. The lift and room are small, but with this budget cannot complain much. The hotel provided the shuttle service to point that near to shopping area.

We are in a group of 5 Adults 4 kids stay in Family room (Room 704 & 706) for 3 nights. Hotel is clean, staff is friendly and always with a smile. Housekeeping is good. The hotel provide 2 pcs of umbrella for guest convenience. Although the hotel located in a quiet small alley, however its still convenient as they provide free buggy service to 4 locations, we only take buggy to pratunam market. Comments on the rooms:- Room 704 bathroom is very noisy whenever turn on water (something wrong with the piping i think) Room 704 slightly bigger room compare to 706 and able to place 1 extra bed. Room 706 overall good. Lighting in the room is quite deem and only yellow lights available. Aircond is direct blow to the bed and can be very cold at night. Complimentary snacks and water bottle in the room, replenished daily. Breakfast simple and limited choice for 3 days taking the same breakfast. Check in and check out is fast. Overall satisfy stay.

The hotel is very clean and the lobby is filled with greenery. Most of the time the buggy driver drives us to the destinated place except for one time the Chinese buggy driver wants to knock off at 6pm, he just alighted us at a deserted construction site and asked us to walk to the station ourselves. Most of the front desk staff are helpful except for a more senior female staff who is a bit grouchy when you asked her for help. Overall, my experience with the hotel is good. The wifi in the room is strong too.

Hotel experience was unpleasant. The hotel rating is over-rated and worth the $80+ per night. Leaking sink with smell, awkward position of the toilet door makes the space really tiny. Water shower pressure was miserable and small. Bed was hard with blood stains. These would be considered bearable if the hotel front desk staffs can be more hospitable and welcoming instead of greeting customers with yawns and nonchalant attitude while looking at their phones! Overall, unpleasant stay in NAP hotel. Also have to walk quite a distance down a dark alley to the main road along pratunam.
