Just a nice place to be. Staff very friendly clean great location.

Service was great, check in & out was easy. Food was hit or miss, but typical all inclusive menu. Rooms smelt a bit musty but not sure you can avoid that right on the beach. Location was excellent.

Long lines at check in. 1 1-2 hour wait. Very slow check in process

Staff was friendly, ease of check in & out was excellent. Food was mediocre. Rooms were large but very musty on ground floor. The resort was overall clean.

I enjoyed most of the hotel. The AC is not super cold but enough to fall asleep. The pool was completely packed everyday and the water stunk.

It was clean staff not too friendly need more umbrellas for the pool and the beach food was ok except for the seafood it was really good

location was good for bus and shopping, food was okay, nothing special, the influx of Mexicans on the weekends was annoying as the staff then catered to them and ignored others

I think thier should be more night dances in the sports bar it was a great stay the staff was relly friendly and they take great care of you thier

Every morning when going to the pool there were no chaise lounges available, the hotel allowed towels to reserve lounge chairs all day long. People would put towels on the longe chairs before 8am and in many cases wouldn’t even show up until the afternoon. The food was not very good, everything was buffet style and the food was usually cold and tasteless. I would not go back to this hotel and would not recommend it.
