Very nice and large place overall, with charming details such as high ceilings with wooden beams, wooden floors and a piano. Great location also. They could have taken better care of some things, such as the curtains that were partially falling down, lack of silver ware and washing machine with missing door.

Great location in Bolzano's old town, close to lots of different restaurants, cafes and sites. The apartment is spacious and good value for its location. Check in is easy and friendly.

I like this beautiful heritage building, and its location right in the middle of town I like that (nearly) everything there is natural - no plastic I like the friendly staff

We had a very large one bedroom apartment. The location is great for seeing the sites of the old town and it is reasonably close to the train station. The apartment was clean, but could use some maintenance...light bulbs, paint touch ups, etc. The kitchen could use some attention as well as some additional implements. Check in was easy and we appreciated having someone onsite to receive the guests rather than having to commit to a time to meet a host. Overall it was a nice stay.

It is in a super location, was very comfortable, would stay here again. Only wished there were more than two pillows.

This property was in the center of the car free old town. After we parked the car and galled our luggage some distance we decided we liked the place. The room was a large apartment and somewhat dated in furnishings, but had lots of character.

The property didnt have an air condition. However, they helped us with an additional fan. Overall the size of the property and the fans made it possible to sleep but an air condition would have been perfect.
